Yes, you can but we recommend you talk to your agent and gain their consent (preferably in writing). According to the Office of Fair Trading (see this article on their website) - “If you find a buyer yourself, you don’t have to pay the estate agent’s commission”. However in the unlikely event you have signed a ‘Sole Selling’ agreement (don’t confuse this with Sole Agency) then you can’t. Check the agreement.
